I cannot display videos that exceed Full HD (2M, 1920×1080) resolution.

Change “Max resolution restriction setting” to <OFF> using the setup page of App. Resolution restriction is released.

• On : Display of Full HD videos or lower are supported.
• OFF : Display of Full HD videos or better are supported.

When multi-channels of videos that exceed the Full HD resolution are displayed simultaneously, their quality is not guaranteed. So, it is not recommended to release the setting. 
Since high-resolution video monitoring may be not smooth due to the network limitation, monitoring with mobile profile is not recommended.
