Global security company Hanwha Techwin participated in IFSEC 2017, which is the largest security convention in Europe and one of the world’s top three security conventions, along with ISC and ASIS. This year’s IFSEC was held from June 20th to 22nd in ExCel London, England. Global security companies showcased their latest security products and solutions, including video surveillance, access control, biometric security and other various security solutions.
Hanwha Techwin featured new products including Wisenet P, Q and X as well as the new and upgraded Wisenet SSM video management software. Rather than presenting a simple product display station, the company prepared a demonstration section that utilizes video analysis-based technologies and solutions, allowing visitors to experience various scenarios.
In particular, Wisenet X Series, which was launched globally on January of 2017, along with the key features of WDR 150dB, the image compression technology called WiseStream II, and the image stabilization using gyro sensors gathered great interest from the visitors. The new and upgraded Wisenet SSM software also captured the spotlight for easier and convenient features.
Furthermore, a showcase of optical and SoC technologies, which are at the center of video surveillance and are the core components of Hanwha Techwin’s in-house developed technologies, offered the chance to demonstrate the technological superiority of Hanwha Techwin. With its large scale participation at the IFSEC, Hanwha Techwin expects to create the momentum for becoming a key player that leads the global market and plans to consolidate its position in Korea as the No. 1 company, as well as in the global market by proactively targeting overseas markets.
