When accessing from cellular network/external environment not local network (Local IP), it is required to set DDNS of equipment and port forwarding.
※ The equipment connected to router can be used in 3G/4G/5G network only when DDNS ID, authorized IP or UID are registered.
[How to set]
1. Visit ddns.hanwha-security.com website to create DDNS ID of the corresponding equipment.
2. Enter the created ID from Equipment > Menu > Network > DDNS
3. Change HTTP port of the equipment and Device port or RTSP port with the original port not the basic port.
NVR : Equipment > Menu > Network > Interface
Network camera : Equipment > Setting > Basic > IP & Port
DVR : Equipment > Main Menu > Network > Access Mode
4. Do portforwarding for HTTP port and Device port (RTSP port) at the router (For portforwarding method, refer to the user’s guide of router in use.)
Or activate UPnP of router and set Quick Connect ‘On’ for the equipment. “
