添付された互換HDDリストを参考にすれば、互換性のあるHDDの容量が確認できます。

保有機器のスロット数 * HDD容量で計算すれば、最大対応容量の確認が可能です。

ただし、RAIDの場合はアレイごとの最大対応容量があります。
