Hanwha Vision, a global vision solution provider, hosted an Employee Family Day event at the Pangyo R&D Center on December 16, 2023.

Hanwha Vision‘s Family Day is a celebration that seeks to deepen family insight into the workplace, fostering a corporate culture that gracefully balances work and home life. This event nurtures a strong sense of belonging and pride among employees, creating an uplifting and memorable experience. Held twice a year in May for parents and December for children, this event aligns seamlessly with Family Month, emphasizing its festive significance.

Embracing a brisk chill, approximately 600 employees and their families joyfully participated in the event at the festively decorated Pangyo R&D Center, radiating a cheerful Christmas theme. Beyond exploring the employees’ workspaces, various programs were executed, adding an extra layer of merriment to the occasion.

During a tour of the experience center, employees’ children and families immersed themselves in the delight of discovering products and solutions crafted by their loved ones. The event unfolded with a myriad of engaging activities, including enchanting magic and balloon shows, engaging mini-games within crafting and play zones, thrilling doll grabbing, and the sweet delight of cotton candy. These diverse experiences brought families together, creating countless memorable moments and the opportunity to craft precious memories as one.
