The IP Installer(Device Manager) cannot detect the camera.

If the device is not detected from the IP Installer and iPOLiS Device Manager from a PC,
Please check the following:

1. Disable Windows Firewall setting (Control Panel > Windows Firewall > Windows Fires enable/disable)
    At Private Network Setting / Shared Network Setting, disable Firewall.

2. Try to detect the device with anti-virus program (V3, Alyac, etc.) firewall setting disabled.

3. If a defected IP camera is connected, it may not be detected, but if multiple products fail to be detected,
    it is possible that the PC environment in use is the cause for the issue
