There are many reasons why the camera does not display an image.

Cause #1:
If there is a camera that does not display an image among a number of cameras, use a camera connection cable of a camera that works well and connect it to a camera that does not work to identify whether the issue is caused by a defect from the camera, line or the recorder. Use the camera adapter of a camera that works well and connect it to a camera that does not work.
Cause #2:
Check whether the camera installed is an SD camera or HD camera.
In case of 4 SD cameras, adjust the setting of Device-Camera-Number of Top HD to 4.
Cause #3.
Check whether the setting at Main Menu > Device > Camera is set to ON. If the setting is not ON, the video is not displayed.
