I’m getting a clear camera picture during recording, but during playback, the picture is not clear.

This may occur when the recorder has been used for a long period of time.
During this time, a deposit of oxide has built up on the video heads which must now be cleaned.
Cleaning of the heads requires expertise. Please contact your dealer.
