Traditionally, explosion-proof cameras are heavy and bulky due to their robust construction, leading to challenges during installation processes. The TNO-C8083E features a remarkable 57% size reduction and a 32% weight reduction compared to the conventional camera, making it ideal for installation in complex and confined spaces that are challenging for larger cameras. This innovative design simplifies installation processes, as the lightweight nature of the TNO-C8083E minimizes the need for heavy lifting equipment and multiple personnel, thereby reducing total cost of ownership (TCO) and potential risks during high-location installations.

The TNO-C8083E is Hanwha Vision’s new compact 5MP AI-enabled explosion-proof bullet camera, marking it as the first AI model in our explosion-proof lineup. This powerful AI technology enables real time detection or classification of people and vehicles, enhancing video analytics accuracy by distinguishing objects from background elements such as trees and shadows. Additionally, the TNO-C8083E excels in generating metadata during operations, identifying object types (e.g., person, vehicle) to significantly improve forensic search capabilities.
